How Number of Requests Are Calculated?
Monitoring packages are based on the number of monthly page views among every active monitoring job in your account. When you create a new web application to monitor, we will tell you how many requests it uses and therefore what is the cost per day, thanks to this you can determine which package you need or more precisely, the amount of fund you need.
Understanding Charging
You buy fund for your account and set up web applications to monitor with a defined frequency. Each time the monitoring runs for one of your web application so for example every 15 minutes if that's what you've chosen, you are charged every 15 minutes by the amount of web page you have defined to check. If for any reason, the monitoring doesn't run at a scheduled time. For example our service is down then you don't get charged. You can disable any of the web application you have defined to monitor at any time. From the moment you disable the monitoring of one of your web application then you will no longer be charged for it until you re-enable it.
